AWUSRDFO does not exist displays when logging in
This article addresses an error when logging into ACS Financial Suite or ACS People Suite
When logging into ACS People or Financial Suites, this error displays:
DBISAM engine error # 11010 table or backup file AWUSRDFO does not exist.
Products Affected: ACS People Suite, ACS Financial Suite
Versions Affected: Any
This occurs because the awusrdfo tables do not exist.
- Back up the client's data back up the data.
- Reinstall the awusrdfo table.
- If this doesn't work, copy all of the awusr tables from a backup into the ACSNET > ACSDATA folder.
