Copying a query is useful if you want to create a new search that is similar to an existing search.

1. On the Reports tab, click Advanced Queries.
2. In the Saved Queries list, click the query you want to copy.
3. In the Actions group, click Save As. The Search Properties dialog box displays.
4. Enter the Name of the new query and click OK.
