Chart of Accounts

Rearrange Your Chart of Accounts

Click and drag subheadings and core accounts underneath the appropriate headings.

After you add subheadings and core accounts to further construct your chart of accounts, move them under the appropriate headings and subheadings for further organization. If you move a subheading that contains core accounts, all items move together.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Accounting. Then click Ledger Setup > Chart of Accounts.
  2. Point to the subheading or core account you want to move. It will be highlighted.
  3. Click and drag the subheading or core account under the appropriate heading or subheading.
    Tip: Move multiple core accounts at a time.

    After you add a subheading, select the check box beside each core account to move them underneath the subheading together.
