View Group or Team Files
Find, open, and download the files and links shared with your group or team, including attachments from Newsfeed posts.
Resources associated with your group or team display on its Files tab, so you can find a file without hunting through the Newsfeed for the original post. There are two kinds:
- Group Resources — Files and links added by an administrator or a user with permission.
- Post Attachments — Files attached to Newsfeed posts.
Note: To update a file attached to a Newsfeed post, first edit the post and remove the
original file. You can then attach the new version to that post, or create a new post with the new
attachment.

Open your group or team.

A group. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Groups. Then click the group's name.

A serving team. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Volunteering/Serving. Then click the name of your team.

- Click the Files tab.
- To open or download a file, click its name. To see the post a file came from, click the post's name.
