Summary of Restricted Net Assets & Inquiry

Exclude voided transactions when needed. We made it easier to review financial activity by giving you more control over how voided transactions display in reports and inquiries. There's a new option to Include Voided Transactions on the Summary of Restricted Net Assets report and Inquiry. By default, the option is selected so it works like it always has. You can clear the option when you need to exclude original voided transactions and their reversing entries.

This provides a clearer view of actual financial activity by preventing inflated totals from voided transactions. For example:

It also makes transaction inquiries easier to review by hiding voiding activity when you don't need to see it. (Inquiry Debits and Credits stay the same while filtering out the additional transactions.) For example:
