You can now scroll in the menu when more items are available. This is helpful if you're on a smaller screen or using your device rotated in landscape mode.
We fixed an issue where profile pictures were not displaying in the Parish Directory unless you opened the individual's profile. Now, as long as you've set your picture to be shared publicly, profile pictures display in the Parish Directory.

Parishioners with a shared email account can now log in to Parish Life. This is useful for family members who share an email address, such as a husband and wife or parents and children. Church Office recognizes when the same email address is used and will attach the member's name and record number. That way, the information used to log in is unique to each member and enables Parish Life to display their information.
For example, Jeff and Amy Smith use a shared email address. In Church Office, you enter smithfam@example.org on both records. When you sync the data with Parish Life, the email becomes smithfam@example.org-Jeff1089683 for Jeff and smithfam@example.org-Amy1089684 for Amy. Jeff and Amy will receive their individual invitations (in the shared email inbox) and can see the unique login they need to use to access Parish Life.
Note:What's the deal with the dash? Parish Life requires a unique login email in order to determine whose information to display. Using a dash at the end of an email address is just a way to modify it so that it's unique. This does not affect how emails are sent to the common inbox. So, each family member can have a unique email address to log in with, while their emails are delivered to a common inbox. For a more in-depth explanation, check out our blog article.
