11.3A Release

If you're part of the Preferred Client Program, you can download the latest desktop version in the Client Portal.

PDS Facility Scheduler 11.3A, released for desktop and OnDemand 12-9-25, offers the following enhancements.

New and Improved Features

Mass Celebrants
Mass Intentions
  • When you open an event in the Mass Intentions Calendar, the presider name displays in the Show Detail view. Now, you can also see the presider in the Show List view and when hovering over the date!

  • And there's now a way to add or modify intentions right from the calendar! Click the day on the calendar, then select Add/Modify Intention. In the grid, enter or update the intention for the appropriate Mass, and save. Your changes display for that Mass on the selected date.

Default Calendar
  • You can now select to show the Mass Intentions calendar as the first one you see when you click the Calendars button. To do this, open the Initial Setup window, find the option for Default Calendar, and select Mass Intention Calendar.

  • After you save this change, the Mass Intentions calendar will immediately display when you go to Information > Calendars.
Long-Term Data Backup
  • We removed the restriction on backing up data to the Long-Term backup folder. Now, you don't have to be a security administrator to archive data in that location. However, we do still recommend that this folder be used sparingly, only for your most important backups. To learn more, see The Basics of Backing Up Data.
