PDS Facility Scheduler 11.3A, released for desktop and OnDemand 12-9-25, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features
- You can now track the celebrant for a Mass event. There are several places where you can add them, including:
- In the Events section, when the event is marked as a Mass:
- In the Mass Schedule window, when you set up Masses:
- When scheduling events that are marked as a Mass:
- When assigning Mass intentions or adding Mass intentions to an event, the Presider field is automatically filled in with the celebrant for that Mass (but you can change it, if needed):
- In the Events section, when the event is marked as a Mass:
- When you open an event in the Mass Intentions Calendar, the presider name displays in the Show Detail view. Now, you can also see the presider in the Show List view and when hovering over the date!

And there's now a way to add or modify intentions right from the calendar! Click the day on the calendar, then select Add/Modify Intention. In the grid, enter or update the intention for the appropriate Mass, and save. Your changes display for that Mass on the selected date.
- You can now select to show the Mass Intentions calendar as the first one you see when you click the Calendars button. To do this, open the Initial Setup window, find the option for Default Calendar, and select Mass Intention Calendar.
- After you save this change, the Mass Intentions calendar will immediately display when you go to .
- We removed the restriction on backing up data to the Long-Term backup folder. Now, you don't have to be a security administrator to archive data in that location. However, we do still recommend that this folder be used sparingly, only for your most important backups. To learn more, see The Basics of Backing Up Data.
