Create Conditionals for Automated Communication for Physical Contact Cards
With conditionals, you can create automated communication through text and email. You can also place individuals into workflow queues and change their statuses in the ChMS.
- You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
- Click .
- Find the template you want to add to your conditionals and click.
- Click Manage Conditionals.
- If you have existing conditionals, they display on the page. Click Create A Conditional.
- Select a person for this conditional to affect.
- Drag and drop various conditional fields to the Fields section. You can set more than one conditional.
- Drag and drop various conditional results to the Results section. You can set more than one result.
- Enter a Conditional Name.
- Click Save.
