If you need support, you must know your Site Number. This is a unique number assigned to each church or organization when purchasing your software.

To find your site number: Open your PDS program. On the File menu, click About. Your site number is listed.

If you cannot open your software, ask your primary contact or site administrator. If you can't contact your site administrator, call us at 1-877-737-4457, and we'll do our best to help.
