You must have a passkey set up on your device. Passkeys use your device's built-in security — such as fingerprint, face recognition, or screen lock — to verify your identity.
A passkey lets you sign in without entering a password. Instead, your device confirms your identity using its built-in security features. This is one of the fastest ways to sign in and helps prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Tip: Passkeys are tied to a specific device. If you get a new phone, tablet, or computer, you will need to set up your passkey again on the new device. We recommend also setting up text sign-in (SMS) as a backup so you always have another way to sign in.
- If using a computer, open your browser and visit onrealm.org. On the sign-in page, click Passkey.
- If using your mobile device, open the app. Click Passkey.
- Follow the prompts on your device to verify your identity. Depending on your device, you may use your fingerprint, face recognition, or screen lock.
