Place Your Scheduled Gift on Hold

Pause your recurrence until you're ready to reactivate it again.

If you want to temporarily stop giving to a particular fund, you can place your scheduled gift on hold. Doing this keeps the gift on your list of recurrences with an indication that it's On Hold. Reactivate your scheduled gift to continue giving.
  1. Sign in to your Connect site.
  2. Click Giving in the main menu.
  3. Click Scheduled.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon on the same row as the recurring gift you want to pause, and select Place On Hold.
  5. Click Confirm.
