Reset Your Connect Password

If you've forgotten your Connect password, follow these steps to reset it and regain access to your account.

You can reset your Connect account password if you've lost or forgotten it. Alternatively, the administrator at your church or parish can look up your profile and send you a password reset.
Tip: When you change your password for the browser experience (on your laptop or computer) this will also change the password for the mobile app.
CAUTION: When resetting your password, it's important that you enter the email address that is associated with your account, or the password reset will not work.
  1. On the Connect sign in page, click Forgot your password?.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click Send Email.
  3. Check your email inbox for a message with the title Reset your password. If you don't see the password reset message within 15 minutes of the request, also look for it in your email's spam box. For more information, see Sign In Troubleshooting.
  4. Open the email message and click Reset Password. This opens a new tab in your browser.
  5. In the New password field, enter a new password following the Connect password requirements. Your password must be at least 8 characters long, meet three of the five listed requirements, and not contain any part of your email address. It also must not have repeating characters or sequences of letters or numbers.
  6. In the Confirm new password field, enter the new password again. If you need to view the hidden password in either of the text boxes for confirmation, click the view icon next to the password.
  7. Click Update Password to reset your password.
You can now sign into Connect and the Connect app with your new password.
