You may update from any version of ACS 11.7.
This release includes updated Federal Payroll tax tables for 2026. We recommend loading this update AFTER processing 2025's final payroll. This ensures 2025 tax updates apply for your final payroll of the year.
Federal and State Tax Updates
We've updated Federal Payroll Tax tables for 2026.
We've updated state tax tables for Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina and Vermont.

Contact Name for Electronic Filing
The Social Security Administration (SSA) now requires the following fields for W-2, W-2c, W-3, and W-3c forms:
Employer Contact Name
Employer Contact Email
Employer Contact Phone Number
To comply, we have updated our forms W-2 and W-2c so you can enter your contact name. You can enter or update your email address and phone number in Add/Edit Datasets.
Your contact name, email, and phone now display on the Validation Report, and if you do not include these fields, your Tax E-file Transmit will fail.

Year-End Tax Forms
Our team has updated the year-end tax forms and tested them to make sure everything prints and submits properly.

Parochial Report
We've updated the Parochial Report year to 2025, which is the only change for this year's filing.
Employee Use Only
SpeedCheck Removal
We have removed the SpeedCheck application and exe from ACS People Suite. As of May 31, 2025, batch check scanning for SpeedCheck, with and without Remote Deposit Capture, is no longer available.
ACS News
ACS News is a new pop-up window that displays when logging into ACS Financial Suite or ACS People Suite. This is currently for in-house use only.
We can use this window to share maintenance, marketing, upcoming classes, conferences, or inspirational messages. For example, we can use this to inform clients of an upcoming release/update.
R&D controls the messaging, and this feature works for both OnDemand and non-OnDemand clients.
Tax Update Version
We have updated the Tax version for ACSPE.exe and ACSFIN.exe to 25.07.01.
Obelisk Change
This update includes an obelisk change due to a new field added to SF. It affects Background Checks and CASS It.
