Bank Reconciliation
We've moved the Amount column beside the Reference Number column. In a continued effort to enhance accessibility and efficiency with bank reconciliation, we've done this to improve the transaction selection process on both the Bank Reconciliation page and the draft report.
Void Date
We've provided more clarity on how Accounting uses a transaction's void date. When you void a transaction, the date you select for the void is now known as the Effective Void Date. We've included information explaining that a reversing ledger transaction will be posted using this date. This is to ensure you select the void date that's correct for you if, for example, taxes have already been filed that contain the transaction you want to void.
Tax Update (Minnesota)
Minnesota Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) is now supported. The Employee Contribution Percentage is now withheld from applicable employees. Enter this percentage on the Taxes tab while adding or updating an employee's information.
Coming Soon
Run financial reports for your parishes. Soon, a diocese can invite its parishes to share consolidated totals using a universal segment list and chart of accounts.
