Create a Handout to Recruit Volunteers

You can print a handout to recruit volunteers for a team.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Volunteer Teams/Serving Roles permission.

Printing a handout is one way to let volunteers know that your church is recruiting for a team. You can customize and print a handout from a team's Roster page.
  1. Click Admin > Volunteer > Serving Teams.
  2. Click the name of the team, then click the Roster tab.
  3. Click Recruit Volunteers.
  4. In the Create Handout section, enter the information you want to include in the handout.
  5. When your handout is complete, click Preview & Print.
