Edit Team Metrics as a Leader

Make changes to the attendance metrics for a team as a team leader.

Permissions Required

Only available to team leaders with the Edit basic team details permission.

Attendance metrics define low participation for a team's volunteers. A team leader with proper permissions can edit these settings. When a volunteer has low participation based on the team metrics, you will see this next to the volunteer's name on the team's roster.
  1. Click Community > Serving.
  2. Click the team's name.
  3. At the top of the page, click the ellipsis icon next to the team's name.
  4. Select Edit Attendance Metrics from the drop-down menu.
  5. Make your changes to the metrics settings, then click Save.
