Chat With Your Team

Start a chat with your team.

You can start a chat with all the volunteers on your team. This will email everyone on the team who has a login or account. You can also start a chat with an individual, or select people on your team. This creates a new conversation where you can chat and see replies.
  1. Click Community > Serving.
  2. Click the name of your team, then click the News tab.
  3. Click Send Communication.
  4. Click Start a Chat.
  5. To select certain individuals to message, click Message Specific People, then remove people you don't want to include.
  6. Enter a message.
  7. If you want to add an image, click the camera iconand select the image.
  8. Click Send.
    Note:

    The Message Specific People option is only available to teams with 100 members or less.
