Respond to a Replacement Request

Accept or decline a volunteer replacement request.

If a volunteer on your team has accepted a scheduled assignment but cannot show up for any reason, they may send you a replacement request. If you accept the replacement request, you are put on the schedule in their place.
  1. Click Community > Serving.
  2. In the Awaiting Your Response section, you can view the number of replacement requests that are waiting for your response.
  3. Click Replacement Requests to view more details about the request. If the other volunteer included a short message, you will also see this along with the request.
  4. Click Accept or Decline to respond to the replacement request.
