Edit Roles in a Schedule

Make changes to the roles in a schedule.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Schedules permission.

When creating a new schedule or editing an existing schedule, you can add and remove roles, as well as change the number of volunteers needed for each role. You can also remove all roles you don't need and then customize the roles for each day on the schedule from the Assignments tab.
  1. Click Admin > Volunteer > Serving Teams.
  2. Click the name of the team, then click the Schedules tab.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the name of the schedule, then select Edit.
  4. Click the Assignments tab.
  5. Click the ellipsis icon next to the day on the schedule, then select Edit.
  6. To add a role, select the role from the Select team role dropdown menu.
  7. To remove a role, click the ellipsis iconnext to the role, then select Remove.
  8. Enter the number of volunteers you need for each role.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click Update Schedule when you have finished making your changes.
