Edit Roles in a Schedule
Make changes to the roles in a schedule.
Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Schedules permission.
- Click .
- Click the name of the team, then click the Schedules tab.
- Click next to the name of the schedule, then select Edit.
- Click the Assignments tab.
- Click next to the day on the schedule, then select Edit.
- To add a role, select the role from the Select team role dropdown menu.
- To remove a role, click next to the role, then select Remove.
- Enter the number of volunteers you need for each role.
- Click Save.
- Click Update Schedule when you have finished making your changes.
