Dashboards

A high-level view of what's going on in your church.

Dashboards are interactive pages that summarize data in real-time using visually interesting charts, graphs, and timelines. Use dashboards to spot trends or quickly check in on the health of your church. You can opt to take a deeper dive into your data using reports or custom queries.

Key Takeaways

  • To protect the privacy of your data, dashboards and the information contained in them is visible based on the permissions assigned to the user. In other words, if a user does not have permission to view pledges or giving, he or she will not be able to view similar dashboards.

  • Just like queries, you can use dashboards to create lists of individuals that you can then export or turn into emails and mailing labels. Most allow you to filter the data you see based on date ranges and other criteria. Some dashboards have other features as well.
