Target Emails Using Queries

Use queries to build lists of email recipients.

Use query results to send batch emails that include optional attachments. After sending batch emails, you can obtain statistics so that you'll know who received an email and who did not. See View Email Statistics from Email History .
  1. Create a query.
  2. Click Show Results.
  3. Select the check box next to each person you want to email, or select the box at the top to choose all.
  4. Select Send Email from the Select an action list.
  5. Enter a Subject and Message.
  6. To attach a photo or document, click Add a file. Click Choose File, and locate the file on your computer.
  7. Click Send. This will NOT email the results of your query.
    Tip:

    Attachments

    The total size of all the attachments in the email cannot exceed 5MB.

    Due to a known Safari limitation, you can only attach photos and videos from a browser on an iPad.

    You can attach the following file types:

    • .xls
    • .xslx
    • .doc
    • .docx
    • .pdf
    • .png
    • .jpg
    • .jpeg
