Export Query Lists to Other Apps
Export your data for use in other office applications.
- Create a query.
- Near the top of the page, click , and select List (csv).
- Select the option that best fits your needs. For all selections, the export includes names and address fields, regardless of the columns you see in the query results. However, if you only want to export the content you see, select Individual List and Only export columns displayed in query results
- Click Run.
