Delete Registrant Payments

Delete a payment for a registration event.

If a person registered for a paid event, and payment information was entered by mistake, you can delete payment info for that registration.
  1. Click Admin > Registration Events.
  2. To view registrants, click the number of registrants in the Registered/Capacity column for the event.
  3. To view payment details, click the dollar amount in the Amount Paid column for the registration party.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon next to the payment you want to delete and select Delete.
  5. To delete the payment, click Yes.
