Add Named Guests as a Profile

Create a profile for a named guest who is registered for an event.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

You can filter an event's registrant list to see only the named guests who do not have a profile. Once filtered, you can create a profile for the named guests. This applies to named guests registered for both upcoming and past events.
  1. Click Admin > Registration Events.
  2. Select Registrant in the View By drop-down menu.
  3. To view only named guests who do not have a profile, click . Clear Yes under Has Profile? then click Apply.
  4. Select the guests you want to add as a profile.
  5. Click Select an action and select Add as Profile.
  6. Optional: Select a member status, a pathway or a group.
  7. Click Add.
