Add an Existing Serving Team to a Registration Event

Associate an existing volunteer serving team with a registration event.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

You can add existing serving teams to a registration event on the event's Volunteer tab. This allows you to associate the team with the event for volunteer scheduling.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Registration Events > Upcoming.
  2. Click the name of the event.
  3. Click the Volunteers tab.
  4. Click + Add a Serving Team.
  5. Enter the name of the team in the drop-down menu, then select it.
  6. Click Add.
