Cancel a Recurring Registration Event

You can cancel a recurring event.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Events permission.

With a recurring event, you can create a registration event that repeats, such as "Weekly on every Wednesday". Once you've added the event, administrators or users with permission can cancel the event as needed.
  1. Sign in as an administrator or user with the appropriate permission.
  2. Click Admin > Registration Events.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the event and select Cancel.
  4. Choose whether to cancel a specific occurrence or all events on or after a certain date.
  5. If you are canceling a single occurrence of the event, choose whether to send an email notification to event registrants.
  6. Click Ok.
