Add an Ordination Status

Select the appropriate ordination status for personnel.

  • You'll need the Add permission for the personnel type you want to add.
  1. Locate and open the record you want to update.
  2. Click the personnel type tab.
  3. Click Add Ordination Status.
  4. Select the individual's status.
    Note: Ordination status list values can be customized under Profiles > Settings, on the Profile Fields tab.
  5. Enter the ordination date.
  6. Select or enter any other necessary information.
  7. If the person needs a new title to represent their role, add it to their name.
  8. Click Save.
