Use Notes in Reports

Include notes as part of a custom query if you want to include them in data searches.

  1. Click Reporting > Reports > Custom Query.
  2. Click Select an Attribute, then select Notes under the Profile section.
  3. Enter your criteria.
    Tip: Select the action contains if you want to search on a word or phrase within notes. To match using is equal to, you would need to include the exact and full text of the note.
  4. Click Show Results.
