Add to a Family

Add individuals to an existing family profile.

You'll need the Edit Individual permission.

Before you add a new member to a family, you'll need to remove them from any events they are registered for first. See Cancel a Registration.

Note:

Children in multiple families

A child can be added to more than one family, but one will be his or her primary family. By default, the primary family's address becomes that of the child. To change a child's primary family, open his or her profile page, and click the ellipsis icon next to the appropriate family.

  1. Sign in as an administrator or user with the appropriate permission.
  2. Locate a record of the family you want to update, and click the name.
  3. On the Info tab, next to Family, click the ellipsis icon and select Add a family member.
  4. If the addition is a child with an existing record, select Add an existing child instead.
