Mark Profiles Inactive or Active in Mass

You can mark a group of selected profiles inactive or active at one time.

To mark an individual or business inactive, you must be an administrator or have the Delete Individual permission. Only an administrator can inactivate another administrator.
  1. Sign in as an administrator or user with the appropriate permission.
  2. Click Reporting > Reports > Custom Query.
  3. Create a new report, or edit an existing one.
  4. If you're gathering profiles to mark as active, select Include Inactive.
  5. Click Show Results.
  6. From the Select an action drop-down list, select Mark Individuals Inactive or Mark Individuals Active.
