Fix Duplicates from a Profile

You can fix duplicate profiles from a person or org/business profile.

  1. Sign in as an administrator or user with the appropriate permission.
  2. Locate and open the duplicate profile.
  3. On the Info tab, click the Possible Duplicate button.
  4. A pop-up window displays the two similar profiles. Decide whether to merge, delete, or ignore the profiles.
  5. If the profile has more than one possible duplicate, click the arrow arrow pointing to the right to view the similar profiles. You will need to repeat the process above, and resolve each one-at-a-time.
