View Group Communication History

See a history of group communication.

Group leaders can view their history of Inbox and Newsfeed communication. Choose to view All Communications, or select a specific type of communication, such as an Inbox message, or a Newsfeed post.
To view communication history
  1. Click Community > Communications > History.
  2. By default, the history displays all communication. To view a specific type of communication, click All Communications and select that type from the drop-down menu.
  3. To view more about communication sent from an Inbox message, click the expand icon next to the message's title. To view the message in your Inbox, click the message's title.

    Email Delivery Status

    Statuses for Inbox communication delivered by email are:
    • Queued
    • Sent
    • Undelivered
    • Unsubscribed
