Edit a Recurring Group Event Within a Ministry Area

Edit a recurring event shared by multiple groups.

You can edit information about a recurring event that's been created across groups within in a ministry area.
  1. Click Admin > Groups > Ministry Areas.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to your ministry area and select Manage Events.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the event you want to edit and select Edit.
  4. Select whether you want to edit a specific occurrence of the event or the entire event series.
  5. Make any necessary changes, then click Save.
  6. Review the changes, then select whether to send an email to all participants.
  7. Click Save.
    Note:

    Editing a Single Occurrence

    If you edit a single occurrence of an event, you can only change certain parts of that event information, such as date and time.
