Cancel a Past Group Event

If a group event didn't meet, you can cancel it.

If a group event didn't meet, you can mark that event as canceled from the Past Events tab.
  1. Click Admin > Groups > All Groups.
  2. Locate the group and open its page.
  3. On the Events tab, click Upcoming Events and change it to Past Events.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon next to the appropriate event.
  5. Select Did Not Meet, make your selection, and then click OK. The instance of the event selected is canceled and grayed out on the Events page.

    Reinstating Events

    To reinstate the event, click the ellipsis icon, then select Reinstate Event. This automatically sends an email to all group participants telling them that the event is reinstated.
