Cancel a Group Event Within a Ministry Area

Cancel an event shared by multiple groups.

You can cancel an event that's been created across groups within a ministry area.
  1. Click Admin > Groups > Ministry Areas.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to your ministry area and select Manage Events.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the event you want to edit and select Cancel.
  4. Select the cancellation settings.
  5. Select whether to send an email to registrants, and click Customize email to edit it.
  6. Click Ok to cancel the event.
