Add a Pledge

Add a pledge for each contributor who wants to support a campaign.

To create and manage pledges, you must have the Enter Pledges permission set to Allow in your list of responsibilities. For more, see Responsibilities.
By adding pledges to your campaign, you can track each contributor's pledge progress. Once a congregant has pledged to your campaign, their contribution is added to the campaign total.
  1. Click Giving > Pledge Campaigns.
  2. Click a fund name.
  3. In the Add Pledge tab, enter the name or giving number of the pledger. As you type, possible matches display.
  4. Complete the remaining fields and click Add.
