Manage Processed Online ContributionsEdit or issue refunds for processed online contributions.Click Giving > Contributions.Click the Online tab, and select Processed.Click the Vanco Batch # containing the contribution you want to manage.Click beside a contribution, and select one of the following:EditIssue RefundIf you edit, make any necessary changes, and click Save. If you issue a refund, enter a reason for it, and click Issue Refund again to confirm.Note: If you edit the name or giving number of a processed online gift, the gift will move from the old contributor's giving history to the new one.
