Restore an Archived Chat

Restore a chat that you've archived.

When a chat is no longer useful, you may choose to archive it. These chat messages are available under the Archived section, unless you restore them to the Recent section.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Connect. Then click Communications > Chat.
  2. Click Recent, then select Archived from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the chat.
  4. Enter text in the Type a message field and click Send. This automatically moves the message into the Recent column again.
