View Archived Emails

See the archived emails from the email history.

Emails that are older than one year are automatically deleted from the email history. However, you can save an email that you need for a longer period of time by archiving it. You can view your archived emails from the Email History page.
  1. In the top-right corner of any non-community page, click the envelope icon.
  2. Select See all email history to view the full email history.
  3. Click the Archived button to view the archived emails.
  4. You can click the filter button to filter archived emails if you need to find a specific email.
  5. Click the email's subject to view more information about that email.
