Link a Constant Contact Account

Link your Constant Contact account with Realm.

In order to sync contact information, you must first link your Constant Contact account with Realm. If you don't already have a Constant Contact account, you can create one using a link within Realm.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Settings > Additional Features.
  2. Next to Constant Contact Sync, click Learn More.
  3. Link your Constant Contact account:
    1. If you already have a Constant Contact account, click + Link a Constant Contact Account. Log in to your Constant Contact account, then click Allow when prompted to give Realm permission.
    2. If you do not have a Constant Contact account, click Create an Account. Once you've created a new account, return to Realm and click + Link a Constant Contact Account.
    Note:

    Constant Contact Multi-Factor Authentication

    If you've enabled Constant Contact's multi-factor authentication, Constant Contact may prompt you to set up a secondary form of authentication. For more information, see the Constant Contact help article, Enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication.

  4. Return to Realm and validate your Constant Contact username. By default, the username displayed in the text box is the email associated with your Constant Contact account. If you need to make changes to this, enter your user name, then click Continue.

    Link Additional Accounts

    To link additional Constant Contact accounts, go to Settings > Additional Features and click Edit Settings next to Constant Contact Sync. Then, click + Add another Constant Contact account.
