Enable Volunteer Check-in for a Kiosk

Allow volunteers to check-in at a kiosk.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators or users who have the Manage Kiosks permission.

You can enable volunteer check-in at both group and registration kiosks to track volunteer attendance for serving times. You can also set up badge templates to print badges for volunteers at check-in.

When you launch this kiosk, volunteers can check in to their serving times alongside any other events they are attending. A team leader can also check volunteers into the kiosk if needed.

  1. Click Admin > Check-In.
  2. To create a new kiosk, click Add Check-In Kiosk. To edit an existing kiosk, clickthe ellipsis icon next to the kiosk and select Edit from the drop-down list.
  3. In the Who Can Check In section, turn Volunteer Check-in on.
  4. To enable badges, select Print badges for volunteers, then select the badge template from the drop-down menu.
