Remove Mobile Check-in Options

Remove a mobile check-in option from a group, team or event.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the Manage Kiosks permission.

If you no longer want to use mobile check-in options for a group, ministry area, team or registration event, you can remove it on the Mobile Check-in tab.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Check-In.
  2. Click the Mobile Check-In tab.
  3. Find the mobile check-in option for the group, team or registration event that you no longer want to use a mobile check-in option for.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon next to the mobile check-in option and select Remove.
  5. Click Remove again to confirm.
