Use the Check-In Dashboard

See an overview of check-in on the dashboard.

Only available to administrators and users who have the Launch Check-In Kiosks permission.

The check-in dashboard allows you to perform many tasks like printing a roster, locating an attendee, re-printing badges and more. The check-in dashboard is only available in the assisted mode.
  1. Click Admin > Check-In.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the kiosk's name and select Launch Kiosk.
  3. Select Assisted Check-In & Dashboard Mode, and click Launch Kiosk.
  4. Select Dashboard in the upper-left corner.
  5. Perform a task:
    • Locate an attendee— Click the magnifying glass icon, and enter a last name.
    • Print a list of those who checked in to the kiosk during this session— Click the Print icon and select Today's Check-Ins.
    • Print a roster for a group— Click the Print icon and select Roster. Using the Group filter, select a group and Print a roster. This prints attendees checked into current events or events that ended within the last four hours.
    • Change ideal leader-to-attendee ratio— Point to a group's line. Click the ellipsis icon. Enter the attendee to leader ratio and click Save.
    • Move an attendee to another class— Click an event name on the dashboard. Click the ellipsis icon next to the attendee's name. Select Temporarily change group, and select the new class. The action will be noted in the change log, but the permanent rosters for each group remain unchanged.
    • Re-print a badge— Click an event name on the dashboard. Click the ellipsis icon nex to the attendee's name, and select Re-print badge.
      Note:
      • In Check-In-Only mode, as well as Check-In & Sign-Up mode, reprinted badges will have a new security number–different from the original badges. This is to prevent unauthorized adults using reprinted badges to pick up children.
      • In Assisted Check-In & Dashboard mode, reprinted badges will have the same security number as the original badges. In this case, the person manning the kiosk can act as a fail safe.
    • Make limited edit to a profile— Click an event name on the dashboard. Click the ellipsis icon next to the attendee's name, and select Edit profile.
    • Update emergency contact— Click an event name on the dashboard. Click the ellipsis icon next to the attendee's name, and select Update emergency contact.
