Check In an Unscheduled Attendee

Check in someone who is not scheduled to attend an event.

Only available to administrators and users who have the Launch Check-In Kiosks permission.

If an individual is not scheduled to attend an event, you can still add them to an event and check them in.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click Check-In.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the kiosk's name and select Launch Kiosk.
  3. Select the second or third option, and click Launch Kiosk.
  4. Enter the full name, last name, check-in number, or last four digits of the phone number of the attendee, and click Enter.
  5. If given a list of matching individuals, choose one.
  6. Click Add to Event, select an event, and click Add to Events.
  7. Click Check In <number of> People.
