Manually Add a Background Check

You can enter background check information manually on an individual's profile.

Permissions Required

Only available to administrators and users who have the View Background Checks or Edit Background Checks permission.

If you want to record background checks that you completed before you signed up for Verified First, you can enter this information manually. This allows you to keep a full record of background checks right on an individual's Realm profile.
  1. Locate and open the profile.
  2. On the Info tab, click the ellipsis icon next to Background Checks, then select Add or edit dates.
  3. Click +Add a date, then enter the background check information.
  4. Click Save.
