Adjust Time Taken
If the time an employee took off wasn't recorded during a payroll run, manually adjust their time taken here.
- Click .
- Click
beside an employee, and select Edit.
- On the Time Off tab, click
beside a time off type. Select Adjust Time Taken.
- Select the date on which the employee took off.
- Enter the amount of hours or days this employee has taken off.
- Optional: Click Add Note and enter a comment about this employee's time taken.
- Click Save.
