Print a Sample Tax Form

To ensure your tax forms print properly, you may need to adjust the text to fit the form first. All adjustments are made in inches.

Place a blank sheet of copy paper into your printer's tray. You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task. Accounting specialists can see Forms 1099 and 1096 only.
Not all printers are alike, so it's important to print a sample to avoid wasting official form paper. Compare your sample with the form to determine which adjustments, if any, you need to make. If you purchase a new printer, follow these steps again.
