Edit Tax IDs and Contacts

Update your company details, tax IDs, and the contact information for your staff who handles tax forms.

You must have accounting administrator or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task.
Here, you'll update your company details, tax IDs, and contact information for your staff who handles tax forms.

If you own Realm Payroll and your employees work in different locations or are taxed based on where they live, their individual state tax IDs display here.

Your company information shares the same information as your Realm account summary by default. However, nothing you edit on this page will change what's listed on your Realm account.
  1. Click Accounting > Period End > Tax Forms.
  2. On the Company Details tab, click the ellipsis icon next to the details you want to edit, and select Edit.
  3. Complete all required fields, and review them for accuracy.
  4. Click Apply.
