Edit a Bank Reconciliation

Edit your most recent reconciliation draft.

You must have accounting administrator, bank reconciliation, or the appropriate accounting specialist permissions to perform this task.
You can edit only your most recent reconciliation while it's still in draft. If you closed the most recent reconciliation, you can reopen it as a draft and edit it from there.

If you need to edit a reconciliation that isn't the most recent, reopen the most recent reconciliation. Once it's reopened, delete it, and move backwards from there until you reach the reconciliation you want to edit.

You will not lose any data when you delete a reconciliation draft.

  1. Click Accounting > Bank Reconciliation.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the reconciliation draft you want to edit, and select Edit.
  3. Make any necessary changes, then click Save.
