PDS Ministry Scheduler 10.1B, released for desktop and OnDemand 5-3-22, offers the following enhancements.
New and Improved Features
- To help you quickly see which ministers are marked as Do Not Schedule versus Inactive, we changed the color of text the names display in.
- If a minister is marked as Do Not Schedule only, the name displays in pink text on the listing screen. On the minister's record, the "Minister Name" label displays in pink as well. (See the example for James Aaron.)
- If a minister is marked as Inactive only, the name displays in red text on the listing screen and on the minister's record. (See the example for Bessie Abel.)
- If a minister is marked as both Do Not Schedule and Inactive, the name displays in red text on the listing screen. On the minister's record, the "Minister Name" label displays in pink, and the minister's name displays in red. (See the example for Karen Baker.)
- We updated the Activate/Inactivate Ministers process so you can select whether to clear the Do Not Schedule option on minister records when you're making them active. That way, they can be considered for scheduling again.
- If you select the Automatic Updating method and want the ministers you activate to be considered for scheduling again, select Clear Do Not Schedule Option. If you want to activate the records without considering them for scheduling, do not select this option.
- If you select the Individual Entry method and the minister's record is currently marked as 'Do Not Schedule', select Clear Do Not Schedule Option to consider this minister for scheduling again. If the minister is not marked as 'Do Not Schedule', you won't see this option.
